HOLMCROFT HOUSE
This project showcases our ability to convert outdated commercial spaces into modern, high-quality homes. Originally an office building, the property was fully refurbished and extended with a new airspace addition, creating five contemporary two-bedroom apartments.
We managed the scheme from planning to final sign-off, ensuring full compliance with all regulations and technical standards. Key works included structural alterations, internal reconfiguration, and upgraded M&E systems to enhance energy efficiency and long-term sustainability. The airspace extension added valuable residential capacity while maintaining the building’s character and integrity.

Priory Gate
Priory Gate reflects our commitment to building communities as well as homes. Originally a commercial office building, it has been thoughtfully converted into high-quality residential accommodation, turning an underused site into a vibrant living space. Located in central Maidstone, the scheme delivers 15 well-designed apartments across five blocks, offering a mix of one- and two-bedroom units tailored to modern urban lifestyles.
The design balances comfort, privacy, and practicality while preserving elements of the original structure. A secure private car park with integrated EV charging supports sustainable living and long-term functionality. The result is a contemporary, community-focused development that shows how older buildings can be repurposed with care and purpose.

Henrietta House - Radisson Individuals
We managed the full refurbishment of a Grade I listed hotel in Bath, serving as main contractor from the planning phase through to successful reopening. Given the building’s historic significance, all works adhered strictly to English Heritage requirements and local conservation policies to preserve its architectural character.
The scope included a complete M&E overhaul, with new mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, and a full electrical rewire. We also carried out the careful restoration and replacement of windows in line with listed building standards. Internally, the fit-out was designed to introduce modern comfort and luxury while retaining the original fabric and period features. The result is a high-end hotel that offers contemporary usability without compromising its historic integrity.

Green Goat Storage
We transformed a former kitchen showroom in Central London into a modern self-storage facility, managing the project from planning to completion. This included securing change-of-use approval and developing a strategy suited to the building’s limitations. Works involved internal demolition, roof repairs, and a new mezzanine floor to boost capacity.
New partitions and cladding improved layout, insulation, and durability. We also delivered a full electrical upgrade and installed a keyless access system allowing secure mobile entry.The result is a secure, future-ready facility that maximises space, functionality, and convenience, demonstrating our ability to repurpose commercial properties with precision.

Radisson Rad – Gatwick
This project involved the full refurbishment of a 185-bedroom hotel next to Gatwick Airport, delivered in line with Radisson’s brand standards. Acting for the client, we managed the scheme from planning to completion, overseeing all on-site operations and coordination. The works included full upgrades to guest rooms, corridors, and communal areas, introducing high-quality finishes, modern fixtures, and improved amenities.
M&E systems were replaced to enhance safety, performance, and energy efficiency, alongside structural changes to improve circulation and usability. Working closely with consultants, Radisson’s brand team, and project funders, we ensured every element met design and operational requirements. The result is a significantly upgraded hotel that enhances guest experience and asset value in a key airport location.
